■犬の飼い主の方へ
犬の飼い主には、登録と狂犬病の予防注射を受けさせる義務が法律で定められています。
生後90日を経過した犬には、生涯1回の登録と原則毎年1回(4月から6月)狂犬病の予防注射を受けさせてください。
また、窓口で狂犬病予防注射済票の交付を受けるときは、獣医が発行した注射が済んだことの証明書(注射済証)をお持ちください。注射済票交付手数料は550円です。

■Responsibilities as a dog owner
In Japan, any dog owners are obliged to register and get your dog vaccinated under laws.
If you get a dog aged 90 days or more, you must register it once in the dog’s life, and also get a rabies vaccine once a year (from April to June).
In addition, if you would like to receive a vaccination record at the counter, bring the certification of receipt of rabies vaccination issued by your veterinary surgeon. The issue fee is 550 yen.
Put the dog license and the vaccination record to your dog’s collar.
