▽USEFUL INFORMATION IN ENGLISH
THE “YELL TICKET” EXPIRE SOON： The expiration date
for the town-aided discount tickets are Sunday, December
31, 2023. Please use them within the deadline or the
coupons worth 5000 yen in total will be invalid. Tickets
have been sent by registered mail. If you have not received
them, please contact the Industry Promotion Dept.
CHANGES IN COVID-19 VACCINE RESERVATIONS： for
people aged 12 and over. The current method of reservation
via the town’s o!cial LINE (ID： togotown) and the
dedicated toll-free call center (0120-307-345) will be
discontinued by the end of December. From the reservation
in January, please call directory one of the medical
facilities designated by the town as follows： Baku Morowa
Shinryojo (only for the 3rd and later shots) TEL： 39-3000,
Tanaka Naika 38-8866, Shiratori Fujita Clinic (only for the
3rd and later shots) 38-9888, Miyamoto Family Jibika
38-5558, Matsumoto Clinic 052-848-8888, Wagogaoka
Clinic 38-1616, and Aichi Tobu Clinic 39-2323. Calls accepted
from December 18. The vaccine mainly used is the
Phizer’s XBB 1.5. Ask the clinic for detail.

Interpretation is available in Togo Town Hall Mondays
and Fridays during 9：00 am – noon and 1：00 pm – 4：00

O prazo de uso do TICKET ELO DE TOGO está prestes
a terminar： A validade é até 31 de dezembro de 2023, no
valor total de 5,000 ienes/pessoa. Ticket foi enviado pelo
correio registrado, caso não tenha recebido, favor entrar
em contato com o Depto. de Promoção Industrial.
Mudança no método de reserva para a vacina contra
Covid-19 em pessoas acima de 12 anos de idade：
Reservas para o mês de dezembro continuam sendo
realizadas pelo aplicativo oficial LINE (ID： @togotown), ou
pela Central de atendimento (será encerrado em 28 de
dezembro, 2023), ligação gratuita 0120-307-345. Reserva
para janeiro de 2024, poderá ser feito diretamente nas
seguintes clínicas a partir do dia 18 de dezembro： Baku
Morowa Shinryojo (apenas a partir da 3ª dose)
