▽USEFUL INFORMATION IN ENGLISH
FINAL TAX RETURN “KAKUTEI SHINKOKU”： For
those who want to file an income tax return, there are
useful links in English on the webpage of Nagoya Regional
Taxation Bereau, National Tax Agency, which you can find
with the keywords “Foreigners (INCOME TAX) English”.
Please also use the English hotline of the bureau：
052-971-2059. For those who want to consult face to face
(except for self-employed and those who financed their
own home), Togo town provides support from Feb. 16 (Fri)
to 29 (Thu), 2024 to use the e-tax system using your smartphone,
MY NUMBER card and its passwords； or your e-tax
ID and password, if you have filed a tax return before with
those information. Reservation can only be made via
town’s LINE account for limited number of people first
come first get. Consultation by the Showa tax o!ce will be
held during Feb. 16th – Mar. 15th weekdays plus on Feb.
25th (Sun), from 9：15 am to 5 pm, only on the 5th floor of
Denki Bunka Kaikan 2 min. walk from Fushimi station in
Nagoya (no parking). For more info, please call the number

Interpretation is available in Togo Town Hall Mondays
and Fridays during 9：00 am – noon and 1：00 pm – 4：00

SHINKOKU”： Estaremos orientando a declaração
através do smartphone na prefeitura de Togo, no período
de 16 a 29 de fevereiro, apenas com agendamento através
do aplicativo LINE e para portadores do cartão My Number,
não inclui autônomos e àqueles que financiaram a casa
própria. Entrar em contato para mais informações. A
Agência Tributária Nacional incentiva a declaração online
(e-tax), pesquise no site “NTA Income Tax portugues” para
mais instruções. Se você usar seu smartphone e o cartão
MY NUMBER, os procedimentos serão rápidos. Caso
precisar de uma consulta presencial, será possível no 5º
andar do Denki Bunka Kaikan de Nagoya, 2 min. a pé da
estação de Fushimi (não tem estacionamento). Período：
De 16 de fevereiro a 15 de março e no dia 25 de fevereiro
(domingo), das 9h15 às 17h, observe que você precisará de
agendamento através do aplicativo LINE. Mais informações
