■A must-visit place in Cebu (Philippines)
This is definitely an article you will appreciate if you like swimming. I have personally experienced this and highly suggest it. It’s located in Oslob, Cebu,Philippines. Oslob is located in Cebu’s southern tip. It is a small coastal town. You can enjoy whale sharks,waterfalls, and sardine runs. Whale sharks are known as gentle giants because they are not threatening.Here are some tips for seeing and swimming with whale sharks.
◇Make sure to get up early because the queue will begin at 3 a.m. Even on weekdays or weekends, it is extremely packed.
◇It is nice to arrive early because queueing ends at 11 a.m. The reason for the cut-off time is that the whale shark will only show up in the morning.
◇Bring your swimming gear and a GoPro (or you can rent there), and let the guide to snap a photo or record a video of you.
◇Wearing sunscreen could hurt the gentle giants,so avoid doing so.
◇You are not permitted to touch them, although in some instances you may touch them accidently； simply do not do so again.

■フィリピンで訪れるならここ!セブ島オスロブ(フィリピン)
泳ぐことが好きなら間違いなく楽しめる記事です。皆さんに、実際に私が体験してきて、強くおすすめします。その場所はフィリピンのセブ島にあるオスロブです。オスロブはセブ島の南端に位置しています。海岸沿いの小さな町です。ジンベエザメや滝、イワシの大群を楽しむことができます。ジンベエザメは、人に危害を加えないので、海の優しい巨人としてしられています。ジンベエザメを見ながら一緒に泳いだりするためのヒントをいくつかご紹介します。
・午前3時ごろから並んで待ち始めるので、早起きしましょう。平日・休日問わず大変混雑します。
・順番待ちの列は午前11時までとなりますので、到着は早めのほうが良いでしょう。時間制限の理由は、ジンベエザメが現れるのは午前中だけだからです。
・水泳用具とGoProのようなアクションカメラを持参(またはそこでレンタルもできます)し、ガイドに写真やビデオを撮影してもらいましょう。
・日焼け止めを塗ると、ジンベエザメへの悪影響を及ぼす可能性があるので避けてください。
・ジンベエザメに触わるのは禁止されています。場合によっては誤って触れてしまうことがありますが、その場合は再度触れないようにしてください。

ここでの体験は私にとって、忘れられない素晴らしいものでした。ジンベエザメがなんと大きく、恐れを感じさせない、優しい巨人であることが直に見てわかる必見の場所です。このことで質問があれば、気軽にお尋ねください。それでは、またね!
