▽USEFUL INFORMATION IN ENGLISH
HOLIDAY AND NIGHT TIME OPERATIONS： Residents
Dept. is open on June 4th (Sunday), from 9：00 am to
12：00 pm： only for matters related to MY NUMBER card,
10th and 24th (Saturdays), from 9：00 am to 12：00 pm,
procedures regarding MY NUMBER card, residence
certificate, registering Inkan seal (by appointment only),
and 15th (Thursday) from 5：15 pm to 8：00 pm, only for
MY NUMBER procedures. *Registration on moving in and
out will NOT be handled on above days. Use the left-side
entrance for out-of-hours visits. Because congestion is
anticipated, your cooperation to visit us on regular days
and hours is appreciated. Application deadline for Myna
Point is by the end of September. You can get the cashless
points by linking MY NUMBER to the health insurance card
and bank account, but the eligibility is limited to those who
have applied for the card by the end of February 2023. For
more info. Contact the Residents Dept. at the times with an
interpreter indicated below.

Interpretation is available in Togo Town Hall Mondays
and Fridays during 9：00 am – noon and 1：00 pm – 4：00

PLANTÃO NO DEPTO. DE RESIDENTES EM JUNHO： Dia
04 (domingo), das 9h00 às 12h00： apenas para assuntos
relacionados ao MY NUMBER. Dias 10 e 24 (sábado),
das 9h00 às 12h00, MY NUMBER, atestado de residência,
atestado de registro de carimbo pessoal-INKAN
SHOMEISHO (*Atenção： o registro do INKAN será feito
apenas com reserva antecipada) e dia 15 (quinta-feira)
das 17h15 às 20h00, apenas assuntos relacionados ao MY
NUMBER. *Não será feito registro e mudança de endereço.
Prevemos congestionamento nos horários de plantão,
fazer o possível para comparecer durante a semana em
horário normal. Os pontos ganhados com a vinculação
do my number com o cartão de seguro de saúde e conta
bancária poderão ser obtidos até final de setembro, porém
é necessário ter feito a solicitação do pedido do cartão até
final de fevereiro de 2023. Mais informações no Depto. de
residentes ou por telefone nos horários com intérprete
indicados abaixo. Favor utilizar a entrada lateral esquerda.
