Hello residents of Showa Mura,
On the 2nd of this month I went to Fukushima University for the Japanese Language Proficiency Exam. You might remember I took this exam in my first year. I didn’t pass that time, So I hope I will pass this year.
I struggled with the Kanji section, but I think I did well with the reading and listening sections. I will know my results in September.
This month is my last month in Showa, and my last article for you.
I have enjoyed living in the village and meeting everyone. Every day I looked forward to teaching the students, working alongside the teachers and the board of education staff. Everyone helped me learn Japanese and were so kind to me. Thank you very much. I plan to visit Showa again, so please say hi if you see me in the future! Let’s see how much Japanese I remember!
When I was interviewed for this job, I was asked to name three places I would want to live. I didn’t mind where I would go, so I said anywhere was good. But if I knew what I did now, I would write Showa village three times. Thank you for making my 3years in Showa wonderful.
I will be moving to Singapore this month, I hope to work an animation job. I will try my best!
In the future I would love to buy and renovate an old house in Japan, so please keep a look out for pretty houses for me!
Please take care of your health, and enjoy the beauty for Showa for me.
I will miss you all a lot.
