It’s hard to believe that it’s been seven months since I arrived in Nakatombetsu. Time　has flown by. I have been able to see and experience many things here in Nakaton and　throughout Hokkaido, but I know that there is a lot more to see and do here.
One thing I am looking forward to is seeing my first school graduation here in Japan,at the Nakatombetsu Junior High School. Even though I’ve only worked with these　students for a few months, I have seen so much improvement in their English skills. It　has been a wonderful experience to help them learn and practice their English. They　have even helped me some in learning Japanese.
For all the students who are graduating this year, I am proud of the hard work you　put into your English studies and all your other subjects in school this year. I am sure　that you have a bright future ahead of you. I am excited to see you graduate, and I am　even more excited to see what you do next.

中頓別に来てから7カ月になるなんて信じられません。時間が経つのは早いですね。私はここなかとんや北海道のあちこちでいろいろなことを見たり経験したりすることができましたが、ここにはもっと見るべきことややるべきことがたくさんあると思います。
一つ楽しみにしていることは、ここ日本で初めての卒業式を中学校で見ることです。この学生たちと一緒に仕事をしてまだ数ヶ月しか経っていませんが、彼らの英語力はとても向上しています。彼らが英語を学び、練習するのに役立つ素晴らしい経験でした。彼らは私に日本語を学ぶ手助けをしてくれました。
今年卒業する3年生のみなさんが今年学校で英語の勉強や他のすべての科目に力を入れてくれたことを誇りに思います。私はみなさんの前途に明るい未来があることを確信しています。私はみなさんが卒業するのを楽しみにしていますし、次に何をするかを見ることをさらに楽しみにしています。
