■国勢調査の回答はお済みですか?
日本国内に住む全ての人と世帯を対象に、国勢調査を実施しています。外国人も全員答える必要があります。
調査結果は国や都道府県、市区町村が皆さんの生活を良くするために使います。
まだ回答していない人は、お早めにインターネット、または郵送で回答してください。
すでに回答してもらった人については、ご回答ありがとうございました。

◇かたり調査に注意して!
かたり調査とは、本当の調査のフリをして、あなたの大切な情報をだまし取ることです。
国勢調査では、あなたの収入や預金は聞きません。口座番号やクレジットカード情報は聞きません。調査員は身分証明書を必ず身に付けています。

■Have You Completed the Census Survey?
The government of Japan is conducting the census for everyone living in Japan, including all households. Foreign residents are also required to respond.
The survey results will be used by the national and local governments (prefectures, cities, towns) to improve people’s lives. For those who have not yet answered, we urge you to submit promptly via internet or mail.
If you have already responded, thank you so much.

◇Beware of Fake Surveys (Scams)
Some people may pretend to be official survey staff and try to steal your personal information.
This is called a “fake survey” (katari chōsa).
The real census does NOT ask：
・Your income or bank savings
・Your bank account number or credit card information
※If someone asks for this kind of information, it is not a real survey.
Please be careful and protect your personal data. Genuine investigators always carry their identification.
