◆マイナンバー休日夜間窓口、お盆の混雑日・コミュニティソーシャルワーカーを配置

OPERATIONS FOR HOLIDAYS, NIGHT TIMES, AND DURING OBON： The Residents Division will be open On Saturdays Aug. 9 and 23, 9：00-11：45 am for procedures related to My Number card, residence certificate, family register (for residents), Inkan procedures； and During Night Times on Aug. 21 (Thu), 5：15-7：45 pm for MN card procedures (appointment required). *On those days please use the o -hours entrance on the left of the main entrance. During Obon： that many people have holidays, the town hall is open except for Saturday, Sunday and National holidays. Please note that the office will be very crowded. especially, on the 12th (Tue) and 13th (Wed). Interpreters are available on the 12th (Tue) and 15th (Fri). COMMUNITY SOCIAL WORKERS (CSWs)： are now available at the Social Welfare Council of Togo. If you have a neighborhood problem or anything in general not knowing where to consult, don’t hesitate to contact us. You can talk on the phone, at our office, or at your place. PLANTÃO DA DIVISÃO DE RESIDENTES E FUNCIONAMENTO NO FERIADO： Aos sábados, dias 09 e 23, das 9h às 11h45, procedimentos sobre o cartão My Number, atestado de residência, registro e certificado do carimbo pessoal. Quinta-feira à noite, dia 21, das 17h15 às 19h45, para procedimentos do cartão My Number (apenas com agendamento). Em dias de plantão, favor usar a entrada lateral da prefeitura, não serão realizados procedimentos de mudança de endereço. Feriado de agosto： Fechado na segunda dia 11, atendimento normal entre os dias 12 a 15, com intérprete na terça e sexta-feira. No feriado, observe que independente do procedimento, poderá demorar mais tempo para ser atendido. ASSISTENTE SOCIAL COMUNITÁRIO： Dispomos de assistentes no Conselho de Bem-estar Social de Togo a partir de abril, 2025.
