皆さん、こんにちは。寒い季節、皆さんはどのように過ごしますか?私は寒い時期に家で映画を見るのが大好きです。
オーストラリアには有名な映画がたくさんあるのをご存じですか?私のお気に入りをいくつか紹介します。
『シャイン』1996年に公開された伝記映画です。オーストラリアのピアニスト、デヴィッド・ヘルフゴットの半生を描いており、彼がオーストラリアで育ち、病気から立ち直るまでの人生が描かれています。
『The Castle』1997年に公開されたコメディ映画で、オーストラリアを代表する作品のひとつです。空港会社による取り壊しから家を守ろうとする中流家庭の生活を描いています。映画にはオーストラリアの言い回しやことわざがたくさん出てきて、90年代のオーストラリアの生活がどのようなものであったかも描かれています。

Hello everyone, how are you all? What do you like to do in the colderweather? During the colder months, I really enjoy watching movies athome. Did you know there are many famous movies from Australia?Here are some of my favourites. The movie ‘Shine’ released in1996 is a biopic. It is about the life of David Helfgott, an Australianpianist and musician. It shows his life growing up in Australia and hisrecovery after illness. The movie ‘The Castle’ is a comedy releasedin 1997. It has to be one of Australia’s most iconic movies. It showsthe life of a middle-class family trying to save their home from beingdemolished by an airport company. You can hear so many Australianphrases and sayings in the movie. It also shows what life was like inAustralia in the 90’s. Do you have any favourite movies?
